Tubbs Fire: Support Kat & Trevor

On October 9th at 12:25 AM, my friend and neighbor Kat Ripley and her Son, Trevor were forced to evacuate as the Tubbs Fire bore down upon their home.  They were fortunate to grab their dog, cat and Trevor's reptiles, but lost everything else aside from a few personal items. 

Kat Ripley is a self employed single parent, who provides for herself and her son through an animal massage therapy business and as an artist.  All of her art supplies, as well as a current piece she was working on for a client perished in the fire.  Trevor is a senior in high school, looking forward to college next year.   The senior year in high school is a pivotal point, as young people prepare to enter the world as adults.

Please help support Kat and Trevor as they work to move forward after this tragedy.  The scope and breadth of this disaster is almost unfathomable.  In addition to immediate trauma care, they will need sustained support as they replace their personal items, clothes, cookware, books, school supplies and tools for employment.  No sum is too small.  Even the smallest contribution is useful and a symbol of love and caring.
