Anyone who has met Kanye knows exactly how special he is. He is the sweetest, most loving handsome boy. unfortunately he has gotten really really sick and needs intensive ICU treatment for a chance at surviving.

I know it’s a lot to ask but if you could please spare even 5 dollars for him I will be forever grateful for you and to spend so many more years with him.

He is still so young and I would hate to say I didn’t try everything I possibly could to help him.
