Help Justin's Recovery!!!

                After a year already filled with many trail and tribulations, another has struck. My name is Nancy Schick Proo, mother of Justin Proo and Special Ed. Assistant.

                                                                                               Life Changing Event

                My son Justin, architect student and political canvasser, was hiking on June 22nd and experienced a devastating fall. He fell 16ft. from an embankment onto a concrete wash way, causing full Calcareous (heels) blowouts in both feet, as well as several other fractures in his ankles/ other foot bones.  
                Surgery was not an option at the time due to the grotesque swelling and the extensive reconstruction needed. After being bounced around the state health care system we found the right surgeon. Due to the severity of his accident, we found out that Justin is facing multiple surgeries to put his heels/ feet back together. Because of his pending surgeries and the painful recovery after, Justin will need equipment and daytime care that I can not provide.
               Due to the challenges faced earlier this year, I am afraid that I won't be able to provide care that Justin desperately needs. To be honest, I never thought that I would be writing this page but here I am...
