Juan's Legal Fees Fund

Hello, my name is Gail McGee and my son Juan McGee-Jones is currently sitting in Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center in Virginia since October 4, 2020. He has been moved out of quarantine unit to a general population unit with over 40 other inmates MASKS are PROHIBITED in that unit. His health is at risk from exposure to all types of diseases. They are on lockdown weekly the National Guard has been sent there just before he was transported there. His court date is November 23, 2020, the court appointed attorney that is assigned to his case is not handling his case well at all. He has not filed for a bond hearing for Juan. He lacks his professional responsibility to his client. This is not acceptable to us, Juan being home until his court date is our #1 priority along with having him represented by a well prepared private attorney.        I know that a private defense attorney is the best option for Juan's case. The money that is needed will solely be used for the NEW defense attorney's retainer and fees.  We need the funds asap due to the availability of  the attorney's schedule, filing of paperwork and hearing date being 4 weeks away.       All support and donations are graciously appreciated and will help tremendously! I want nothing more than to have my son home where he belongs and out of jail and be represented professionally and get the best outcome for his case.   Thank you all for your support!
