Help Jill Volunteer in Uganda

Hello all and thank you for visiting my GoFundMe page. This June, I will be answering a call to volunteer in Uganda where I will be working with the Global Acupuncture Project to train local healthcare practitioners how to use acupuncture to serve their communities. This is an area of the world where healthcare options aren't easily accessed and people often have to walk hours to receive care. The more options and resources available to practitioners the better they can serve their people and help ease the suffering of chronic conditions such as HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB and pain. 

Any donations received will go towards covering my participation in the project as well as my travel expenses to Africa. Money raised will also go towards acupuncture supplies for the treatments, and ensuring that this valuable work can continue.

I feel so humbled and honored to be in a position to give back in this way and your support would mean so much to me. Any amount that you are able to give will be greatly appreciated! All donations are tax deductible as well.
