hello, my name is Jessica Potts.

I had to stop working a year ago on the dot, because of a very big tumor that is in my uterus and goes to above my navel (belly button). The pain and the bleeding has made me very weak, and my quality of life has gone downhill to a terrible extent.

five months ago, I nearly died by blood loss, my body decided to skate across that boundary and hang there for a while until I got a CBC to test for anemia, and I was at 5.4 hemoglobin gl/d, having heart palpitations, body pain, couldn’t stand up, couldn’t even stay awake. I fixed that by doing what the doctors told me to do, take iron with vitamin C, started on provera to counteract the bleeding, and even got an IUD to help stop the bleeding too…

unfortunately I find myself in the same situation now, I was bleeding terribly, I had lost the IUD due to how much blood was being lost. Yesterday I was admitted to Flagstaff Medical Center and then transferred to Banner Desert Medical Center, hopefully to treat the tumor once and for all.

Because of this, my fiancé, Taylor Huskon, is the only one who has been able to work for this past year, and we cannot afford to pay our mortgage we inherited from his late father, rest his soul, and travel expenses, co-pay, car/gas expenses, and dog care for our two dogs; Dotty and Chaco.

At 9:30 am 12/15/25 I’m on NPO, which means I cannot eat or drink, I think they might do a possible procedure today! I hope they can come with a solution :)!

i personally thank you from all of my heart, to anyone who even reads this, you don’t even have to donate… Just the fact that someone else knows, that makes me feel not so alone.
