Help Jason Fight Hodgkin's Lymphoma

My little cousin Jason just turned 13 on June 7th, and if you’ve ever met him, you know he’s full of quirky humor, rampant enthusiasm, and a curiosity that makes the world around him a little more interesting. Jason is the oldest child of Debbie Kroll, Matt Metz and step-mother Alyssa, He is a big brother to Briella, Declan, Ava, and Matthew. Jason loves riding his bike, playing soccer, fishing, and being outside. One of his proudest moments this year was earning his boating license. He also spent months saving up his own money shoveling snow, mowing lawns, and stashing birthday cash so he could buy himself a new electric bike he was so excited to ride this summer. But those plans came to an unexpected halt when Jason was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on June 26th. Instead of enjoying a summer of freedom before starting eighth grade, he’s now facing a new reality filled with tests, treatments, and time in the hospital.

Jason has a long road ahead, but he's meeting it head-on with the same energy and spirit that make him so special. His parents, Debbie and Matt, will do everything they can to support him while balancing the emotional and financial toll that comes with a serious illness.

Donations will go directly toward Jason’s medical expenses, treatment travel, lost income, and everyday needs giving his family the breathing room they need to focus entirely on getting Jason through this.
