Our wonderful friend Jane lost her home in Altadena, CA, to the recent wildfires and we are working to help her recover and rebuild. Jane is a therapist, artist, and meditation instructor in the Los Angeles area who, fortunately, was able to safely evacuate with her two adorable cats. Jane has helped so many people in her life, both personally and professionally, and we are asking folks to show up for her now so that she can rebuild.

This fundraiser has been started by Mara and Shonet, who have known Jane for many years and love her dearly. We grew up together and while we’re on the East Coast, we want to show our love and support for Jane on the West Coast. Funds will be used to provide housing, food, and supplies for Jane’s (and her cat’s) evacuation, as well as to help her with financial costs associated with the loss of her home and the rebuilding of all she lost.

 

In her therapeutic practice, she believes that “everyone needs help at times, and everyone has so much to offer.”
