Help Jane get her son back

Jane Tse is a loving mother who is fighting to get her son back.

After enduring years of an abusive marriage to keep her family together, the father of her child took her son to Taiwan before the pandemic and is now filing for divorce.  COVID is being used as a reason to keep her son from coming back to Canada.

As Taiwan is not a signatory of the Hague Convention which deals with international child abduction, Jane is at a risk of never seeing her son again.  Her best bet is to go to Taiwan to handle matters there.

With COVID, Jane has been juggling two part time jobs, and most of her money has been going towards legal fees.  This GoFundMe is to help fundraise money towards her legal expenses and cover her rent as she works through this battle.

We would be grateful for any support that is offered.  It is hard enough to go through the emotional turmoil of potentially losing a child - we hope this fundraiser will at least alleviate some financial stress.
