Help Honor Susan Harrison’s Memory

Donation protected
My mother, Susan Harrison, was a remarkable woman who touched many lives. She loved horses and the ocean, and she dedicated her career to helping women escape domestic violence as a social worker. In her twenties, she broke barriers as one of the first women in construction, working as a bricklayer—a role she was incredibly proud of. Susan raised me on her own at a time when single mothers faced judgment and hardship, but she never let that stop her. She worked multiple jobs, sacrificed endlessly, and poured all her love into giving me the best life she could.

Our relationship was complicated, and we often struggled to see eye to eye, but she was my world. I know I haven't always been the best son, and I wish I could have done more for her. Now, as I face the reality of saying goodbye, I find myself unable to cover the costs of her cremation and a simple memorial service. The expenses are overwhelming, and I am desperate for help to give her the farewell she deserves. Anything left over from this fundraiser will be donated in her name, as this is not about me—it's about honoring her legacy.

Asking for help is incredibly hard for me, and I wish I could do this on my own. But being able to put my mother to rest with dignity is the most important thing I can do for her now. Your support would mean the world to me, allowing me to be there for her one last time, just as she was always there for me. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
