Help Heidi keep her kids safe

Many of you know the delightful Heidi Flores and her two adorable sons, Bear and Noah. In 2008, her husband abandoned her with Bear, who was 11 months old and Noah, who was on the way.
They divorced in 2013 and, after a painful, costly, and lengthy court battle, she won full custody of her sons with only limited supervised visitation from her ex husband.
During the court battle, it was shown that he was a violent, abusive, nasty man (the judge herself called him “a lowlife“), whose range control issues and substance abuse problems could present a danger to the boys.
Now, he has decided to take her back to court to contest the ruling and try to get possession of the boys. Heidi, of course, will never let this happen.
The court ordered her ex-husband to pay her lawyers fees, however he has not done so. In order to protect her children, she has to retain this lawyer (including the fees he should have paid), at an expense of over $7000 total.
So, this is what we’re up against… because of her loving and caring disposition, and the wonderful people who she knows, we have already had several people agree to help out (thank you!!).
But it will still take more, so I am setting up this go fund me to try to cover the initial legal fees that Heidi will be required to pay in order to protect her precious boys.
Heidi is beside herself, the children are terrified, and we are all pulling for Heidi, Bear, and Noah!
