Help continue Haris Ali's legacy through Proteus

My brother, Haris Ali, unexpectedly passed away in a plane crash on October 8th. He was a true visionary and entrepreneur, starting many businesses in his twenties and attempting everything he was curious about--real estate, equities/investments, retail stores, and finally running a flight school in his favorite city of Santa Monica. He had just started seeing the results of his hard work of more than a decade, but his life unfortunately ended abruptly at the age of 33.

His death has sent shockwaves throughout my family, the Proteus family and our extended community. While I still cannot believe this reality that our family has to cope with for the rest of our lives, my life has taken a full turn towards navigating how to restart operations at his business, Proteus Air Services Inc., which makes me realize just how hard he worked and how much he cared about his employees and fellow business owners at the Santa Monica Airport.

Contributing to this GoFundMe helps my family as we lost our primary breadwinner and the Proteus family as they lost their wages due to operations stopping for over two weeks following this incident. The Proteus family has lost five lives and is coping with this tremendous loss, while also having to worry about how they'll pay their bills.
