I went through the worst nightmare any human being can live. I am Hanin, one of the survivors of the horrible massacre that destroyed my world and deprived me of my beloved people to my heart. In one moment, I lost my dear father who had always been a source of security, my affectionate mother who was the beating heart of our family, and my brother who was preparing to start a new life and whose wedding day was supposed to be a day of joy, but it became the day of his testimony.

Our house, which was our only refuge, was completely destroyed, and we became homeless. My surviving brother has fractures in his hand, the other brother has broken foot, and my sister is now living in a difficult psychological condition due to the trauma she suffered. As for me, I lost everything: my family, my home, and the safety of my life.

Today, we are homeless without a roof that protects our heads, and we do not know how we will live our next day. All I want is to believe in our minimum needs, to treat my injured brothers, and to find a safe place to protect us from this constant pain.
