Hi, my name is Hallie Mccallion i was born on the 17th of June,  after spending 6 weeks of my life in NICU  I finally got to go home to my brothers and mum & dad when I was just 4 weeks old I was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome is a complex genetic condition that affects many parts of the body. In infancy, this condition is characterized by weak muscle tone (hypotonia), feeding difficulties, poor growth, and delayed development.

Iam strictly tube fed as my swallow is still unsafe so I can’t drink from a bottle yet because I’m super low toned still, I have a favourite side which is my left side so I’ve got Plagiocephaly (flathead syndrome) I’m needing a special helmet to help me which the NHS won’t provide as it’s classed as cosmetic but which girl would wan to to grow up with a flat side? I’m gonna have plenty of other worry’s on my mind never mind the shaping of my head 

Due to my low muscle tone I can’t have the helmet until I can hold myself & head up which I’m finding very hard at the moment! So my parents are looking into private physio for me, which will help me loads now and in the future as it will be an ongoing thing until I’m strong enough in myself & again the NHS only proved an hour physio every 4/6 weeks which just isn’t helping me & as you could imagine private physio isn’t cheap the helmet alone is between £1,500/£2000.

So if you could kindly donate what ever itis big or small it will certainly help me!
