I want to show you that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. Once you start there will be no stopping you! You don't need to suffer in silence it's ok to ask for help and there is no shame in doing so. Refuge will help in a safe way. I will gladly be the voice for others and support where I can. Do not suffer in silence or doubt what your mind tells you. It can be hard to spot the signs of dv and other times it can be extreme and in plain sight. If me doing this can help even one person see that there is light at the other end and will give them the strength to reach out then thats what matters. Healing and survival with the trauma that comes after dv is extremely hard and is often overlooked. But you can come through it, you can rise and build stronger than before. if you have any reason to believe you or anyone around you is going through such things please never hesitate to reach out.

Refuge is not limited to helping women and children but men also, this unfortunately is a universal issue but

you CAN leave, you CAN survive, you WILL rise, you ARE strong and YOU matter!
