Help get Kerry's Van fixed

As some of you know I received a call from Kerry while I was at Joe Nall.    She let me know the Van started leaking oil.   At the time I didn't think much of it and told her I'd check it out when I got home.     On my way home I could actually see on the interstate where the oil leak started and literally followed it all the way into our driveway.

I lifted up the van and inpected it figuing it was just a blown seal.   After replacing what looked to be the issue the van still leaked heavily.   We have an aftermarket warranty so we took the van to a shop.   They determind the van needed some major parts replaced which the warranty covered.   

On the day we were supposed to receive the van back I go t a call from the company saying the van had another major oil leak from the other side of the engine now this time it was from the timing cover and they had found two broken bolts.    They conatcted the warranty company and they denied the claim telling us to read our contract out nuts and bolts. They also found that the timing cover is cracked and that is the root cause of this oil leak.  Waranty does no cover any timing related itmes.    This is when the repair went from just the deductable to a large bill out of our pockets (even after much complaining to the warranty companpy).   We just got through getting the house and we do not have any money saved back up.   I've sold every airplane I could get some money out of and we are in the process of trying to get a loan that we can't afford.

We've only had this van just over a year and we have exhausted every avenue we could to have this covered in some form. 

We really didn't want to ask for help but we sure could use some.
