Help get her sister home

I am in desperate need of helping out a friend. She has been thru some hard times but who hasn't. Well, she needs help getting guardianship of her sister back. her sister loves her and needs to be home. She has mental issues and needs to be with her sister. Please help even a dollar would help my goal towards getting to the goal.
