Help fund a new electric cart for John

This is John! for years he has been a pillar of the North Shields community and is out day and night with his heavy pull along trolley and his litter picking stick cleaning up the streets to make it a safe for our children. He does this off his own back and doesn’t get paid a penny for his hard work and generosity.

On my way to work this morning I seen John struggling pulling his trolley full of people’s rubbish along the pavement. I pulled over to have a chat with him and he said that he will do this until the day he dies as he wants to keep our streets safe for the kids but really struggles with his heavy trolley. He has a deal with our council that he picks up people’s rubbish and they supply his gloves, but won’t buy him a better trolley. 

I think it would be a nice touch if people from the local area could donate a little to buy John an electric trolley to show our appreciation! It would also be nice to get him a card and gift with any left over money to say thank you for his amazing efforts.

Please give anything you can as he will be so grateful, such a nice bloke with a heart of gold....
