Help for Tre’s brain tumor treatment

Tre was recently diagnosed with a 12mm(just under 1/2 an inch) malformation in his brain stem called a Cavernoma, and was brought into the ICU after almost a week of rapidly worsening symptoms and no clue about what was going on. The neurosurgeon here at St Luke's in Milwaukee said she will not operate on it at this point because it is too dangerous. If he bleeds again, it could expand to the surface of his brain stem and make the surgery safer, However more damage will be done regardless.
We will be going to get a 2nd opinion from Mayo Clinic and will need help with medical bills and costs for travel.
Please please please keep Tre in your prayers. He got bad news today and this is very very difficult for him, as he wanted to join the Air force after graduation from highschool (this year.) And will have to watch his blood pressure constantly, while restricting anything that could raise it. As a very active person, this is really hard for him. 
He will need to go to inpatient rehab within the next few days. He will also need to learn how to function with the symptoms he currently has, if they subside at all and possibly remain on medication for the rest of his life . The Neurosurgeon told him today that life will not be the same for him.
