HELP for Luis medical

My brothers were hit by a car while riding their minibike on May 2nd 2021. Ricky has a broken leg. Luis has been in hospital since the accident. Luis suffered multiple fractures as well as a TBI. He was in coma for almost 3 weeks while in PICU.
Luis is currently in ReHab in the hospital. He’s doing much better. He started walking yesterday afternoon. Those were his first walks since the accident.
We need a bit of help. Mom says we need help with her going back and forth to the hospital. We will need help for some of the medical bills that insurance won’t cover.
