Lodging for the Roberts Family

As a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Simon and Jude parish I was approached to help find a way to support the Roberts family who are living on the street in Costa Mesa. The family business in Las Vegas had failed which led to drug addiction by the father and a loss of income to the family. The son Alex (pictured here with mother Lisa) is an out-of-control diabetic with a terminal auto immune disease. As a result the doctors do not recommend a group home due to Covid concerns. The family has been living on the street and spending nights in all night restaurants until now. The family is desperate and the funds have dried up. No one should be forgotten at Christmas time. Christ's love for us and His directive to love our neighbor and the internet provides the way He intends for us to intervene. Please donate what you can. All donated funds will be used to supply a room at a motel for the family until more long term accommodations can be found.
