Help for Jennifer Ann Johnson's Family

Jenn Johnson, the proud mother of 5 beautiful children passed away unexpectedly the day after Christmas from a rare heart condition called Perinatal Cardiomyopathy PPCM . This condition attacks and weakens the heart muscles during the last month of pregnancy. Sadly, Jenn endured heart failure after having to be hospitalized several times following her daughter's birth in September. In addition to many heartbroken friends and extensive family members, she leaves behind her four beautiful children, Elijah age 16, Hayley age 14, Aidan age 11, and Everleigh just 3 months, and her fiancé Charles. Jenn was preceded to Heaven in 2003 by her beloved first born, Cayleigh.
Jenn took pride in connecting people with resources and items unique to their needs and was a supportive, steadfast, and compassionate woman. She was a master of puzzles, sarcasm, and deep thoughts. She loved purple roses, sunshine, celebrating small triumphs, and above all else her family.
To help Charles with supporting their family during this incredibly difficult time, we are hoping to raise funds to allow him the time he needs to be there for their children.
