Help find the person who killed William Church

Hi! My name is Katrina, and I am fundraising to help William Church's family offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or people responsible for his death. William was just 21-years-old when he was fatally struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run accident on North County Highway M by Evansville, Wisconsin. This happened on November 17, 2018. The Rock County Sheriff's Office is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information, but it has been almost three years, and no arrests have been made. The money raised will be combined with the Rock County Sheriff's Office reward. Hopefully, a larger reward will entice people to come forward with information. The Sheriff's Office has rules that will be followed for dispersing the money. Please help William's killer be brought to justice. His family needs closure. Thank you!
