Help Find Jimmy "JIMBO" Hart

My brother, Jimmy, is missing.  We were originally told he went missing a couple of weeks ago, but after more digging, it looks like he has been missing for a month.  Jimmy is paranoid Schizophrenic and has been living in a group home for men with mental illness .... he has also been without his medication.  My sister and I have been getting conflicting statements from the people who were supposed to be taking care of him.   We would like to go to Houston to meet with the officer in charge of my brother's case, and canvas the area.  We would like to have flyers made and post them around the area.  
  We are asking for help with gas to get to and from Houston, food, and a room.  The plan is to be there Monday morning.
