Help Felix, after theft of his van and tools

Hello, my name is Zainap and I’m Felix’s wife. Felix Rentas, owner of Ohio Paint, is a talented painter who has been serving our community for over 15 years. He is well-known for his quality work, fair prices, and friendly attitude. Anyone who knows Felix knows that he has a big heart and is always willing to help someone in need, whether it’s painting a neighbor’s house, loaning out a tool, or donating to charity.
On August 23rd, Felix’s work van and many of his tools that were inside, was stolen from our driveway. The van was his livelihood and his pride and joy. He had invested thousands of dollars in equipment and supplies over the years. And to top things off he just got the van back from getting its transmission repaired. He had it back for less than a week before it was stolen.
This was a huge blow for Felix and our family. Without his van and tools, he can’t work as efficiently to earn income. He also has to deal with the hassle of replacing his tools, some of which he has had since he began painting. He is heartbroken and stressed out by this ordeal.
We are asking for your help to get Felix back on his feet. We need to raise $10,000 to buy new tools, as well as cover the costs of any repairs needed to our van if we find it. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Your generosity will make a big difference in Felix's life and allow him to continue doing what he is so good at: painting.
