Hi to all the amazing people of our great city!
In this horrible time of tragedy, I know that we all want to help so I'm hoping that we can come together and make a difference through team work.
Food is in huge demand right now. There are a lot of first responders, national guard, cajun navy, volunteers and victims of Hurricane Harvey who are in need of hot meals, water and care packages.
Myself and our community of caring people, chefs and restaurant industry folks are coming together to combine resources, supplies and working hands to get food to our heroes.
For friends and family of those effected that live out of state, or unable to volunteer, Vital Kitchen has started this GoFund me page to help raise and distribute funds amongst the coordinators of our group to effectively get food out there quickly. Anything helps!
