Help Eve Achieve Her Nursing Goals

Hey Everyone,

For many of those that know me, know that life hasn’t always been easy and I’ve encountered many struggles and hardships along the way, some many couldn’t ever recover from. Nonetheless, I’ve overcome every obstacle. At one point, I never thought my dream of becoming a nurse would come true. It was just never the right time. Is there ever a perfect time? Fast forward, the time has come. I was accepted into two competitive Accelerated Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing programs. It is still surreal and hard to believe, but all my hard work and dedication has finally paid off.

With that joy comes the reality of how I’m going to pay for it. Unfortunately, I no longer qualify for financial aid since I already currently have a bachelor’s degree. The stress of the cost of the program and the need to cut back on work since I’ll have to focus, being it is a very rigorous program, is very stressful. I don’t want finances to be the reason I am unable to start the program and be able to finish strong. I’ve never been the one to ask for handouts, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

While I am submitting scholarship applications by the minute, I’ve had no luck just yet. I know times are rough for everyone. In the meantime, I hope you all can find it in your heart to donate even a small amount to help me achieve a lifelong dream. Your dollars won’t be wasted. I understand if you’re unable to donate. If you can at least find it in your heart to like, share, and even better, send prayers and kind words for this incredible journey I’m about to embark on.
