Save them from genocide and hunger
Spende geschützt
Dear Friends,
We’re reaching out to you for urgent support to help five brave children from Gaza, who have been forced to grow up too fast in the face of unimaginable hardship. On October 7, 2023, war began tearing apart their lives, and today, this family’s story reflects the daily struggles and resilience of many in Gaza.
Meet the Children:
• Alaa - 17 years old, a bright young woman with dreams for her future.
• Khalid - 15, passionate about science and learning.
• Mohammed - 13, known for his kindness and love for school.
• Omar - 7, whose laughter and curiosity light up his family’s spirits.
• Thaer - just 4 years old, trying to grow up in a world filled with conflict.
These children, along with their parents, were forced to leave their home in Rafah on May 6, 2024, when intense military operations began. Since then, they’ve been living in a small, 4x4 meter tent—shelter that provides little protection against the harsh realities around them.
Their House Destroyed, Their Lives Shattered
In early October 2024, the family’s house was completely destroyed. The children, who already missed school for the second year due to shutdowns and destruction of almost all schools, now face even more uncertainty. Their father, Mahmoud, was a university instructor and once a source of stability. But with his workplace in ruins, he has lost his job, his income, and a vital part of his purpose.
Surviving on Sky-High Prices in Gaza, food prices have skyrocketed. One kilogram of tomatoes costs nearly $15. Most essential items are now ten times their usual price. The family struggles to meet even the most basic needs, with food expenses alone costing around $600 monthly.
Our Goal: $50,000 We are raising funds to help this family rebuild their home and secure a stable future. Every dollar you give goes directly toward:
• Rebuilding their home: Each square meter costs $200 from the ground up. A safe home offers hope, security, and a place for the children to learn and grow.
• Monthly food and essentials: Providing $600 monthly for the basics, so these children don’t go to bed hungry.
Your support means the world to this family. Your kindness can rebuild their home, ensure these children don’t go hungry, and help bring back a sense of hope that their lives can be more than just survival.
Please donate whatever you can, and share their story with others. Together, we can make a difference. Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
With gratitude and hope,
