Help establish a Nurse Honor Guard in south central Missouri
Spende geschützt
The South Central Missouri Nurse Honor Guard is a dedicated group of volunteer nurses who pay tribute to their colleagues at the time of their passing. They perform the Nightingale Tribute at funerals or memorial services, which is similar to a military tribute, officially releasing the nurse from their nursing duties. The organization aims to honor nurses' profound contributions throughout their careers, acknowledging their dedication to caring for others. The Nurses Honor Guard provides these services free of charge to any nurse who has dedicated their life to the profession. Additionally, the National Nurse Honor Guard Coalition is actively working to expand its reach and support for new groups nationwide.
The South Central Missouri Nurse Honor Guard is just now being established in an area that has not had this service available in the past. We will be serving the Missouri counties of Dent, Phelps, Texas, Crawford, and Pulaski. Donated funds will be used to print brochures and purchase other start-up items.
