Hi I'm Nushrat Liza, I'm fundraising for my lovely husband Ismayel, who is only 29 years old, we have one baby boy who is 4.5 years old and a baby girl who is 11 months old.

Ismayel been fighting cancer for the last two years. Never in a million years would we have thought that this would happen to us. he was diagnosed with gray zone lymphoma(blood cancer) in December 2022. When he was diagnosed, I was pregnant at 7 months. the doctor said that his Stage 4 cancer had spread throughout his full body. Nothing in life prepares you to hear that your loved one has cancer. Ismayel has been an amazing young father to our four-year-old son abrar and eleven-month-old girl since day one. He is such a selfless, hardworking, humble, supportive, and loving individual, who’ve I had the honor to be with since we were 8 to 9 years. It’s still a struggle for me to accept that this is happening to him, the love of my life. We trust God, however. We firmly believe this will be apart of ismayel testimony, that he will get through this and that we will grow old together!

We have spent many weeks getting treatment away from home and our kids since his diagnosis. I’ve been with him every single day and night at the hospital with our four-month gilr for chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment, to remind him that he’s not alone. His fight is our fight.

From December 2022 to October 2023 ismayel completed 6 cycles of chemotherapy and 2 cycles of immunotherapy. after the PET-CT scan doctor said his cancer in under control and needed to be observed for 2 years. during the treatment time, we sell our all property to get better treatment. Unfortunately December 2023 he realised a tumor had appeared on his neck. after a lot of tests and biopsy, he was newly diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma(Blood Cancer).

After Ismayel diagnosis he lost his job. he is a computer engineer. he was the only earner in the family. we live to under developed countries, where have no medical insurance. We acknowledge we have a journey ahead of us. The goal for Ismayel is to get a bone marrow transplant as early as possible. On top of our monthly expenses, medical bills and travel costs are mounting. We humbly ask for your help with these costs, but more than a donation, we ask for everyone’s prayers.
