Ayudemos a la familia de Emi durante su tratamiento contra el cáncer

Emi es una niña cuya familia hoy enfrenta el miedo más grande de cualquier padre. Lo que comenzó como una leve cojera, al principio tomada como un juego, resultó ser algo mucho más serio. Después de semanas de consultas médicas, radiografías y traslados de hospital entre Puerto Vallarta y Guadalajara, una biopsia confirmó un tumor maligno.

La familia de Emi ya tuvo que mudarse una vez para conseguirle la atención que necesita, y ahora enfrenta otro traslado, esta vez a la Ciudad de México, para acceder al tratamiento que le ofrecerán. Ambos papás de Emi han tenido que dejar de trabajar para cuidarla, mientras también cuidan a su hermanita bebé, Alana. Además del peso emocional de este diagnóstico, ahora enfrentan el peso económico de hospedaje, transporte y gastos diarios en una ciudad que no es la suya, con un tiempo de tratamiento que aún nadie puede predecir.

Le pedimos a nuestra comunidad que ayude a aliviar esa carga, para que los papás de Emi puedan enfocarse en lo más importante ahora mismo: estar a su lado. Cada aportación, grande o pequeña, ayuda a cubrir hospedaje, transporte, gastos médicos y necesidades básicas de la familia durante este tiempo.

Si no te es posible donar económicamente, hay otra forma de ayudar que puede ser igual de valiosa: Emi necesita urgentemente donadores de sangre. Los donadores deben tener entre 18 y 65 años, pesar más de 50 kg, no estar en ayuno prolongado, no tomar medicamentos, evitar el alcohol y no tener tatuajes o perforaciones nuevas en el último año. Es necesario llevar identificación oficial. Escríbenos para los datos de la paciente y el lugar de donación.

Emi is a little girl whose family is now facing every parent's worst fear. What began as a slight limp, first dismissed as a playful habit, turned out to be something much more serious. After weeks of doctor visits, X-rays, and hospital transfers between Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, a biopsy confirmed a malignant tumor.

Emi's family has already relocated once to get her the care she needs, and they now face another move, this time to Mexico City, to access the treatment options being offered. Both of Emi's parents have had to step back from work to care for her, all while also caring for her baby sister, Alana. On top of the emotional weight of this diagnosis, they're now facing the financial weight of housing, travel, and daily living costs in a city that isn't home, for a treatment timeline no one can yet predict.

We're asking our community to help ease that burden so Emi's parents can focus on what matters most right now: being by her side. Every contribution, big or small, helps cover housing, transportation, medical expenses, and basic needs for the family during this time.

If you're not able to donate financially, there's another way to help that can be just as life-saving: Emi urgently needs blood donors. Donors must be 18 to 65 years old, weigh over 50kg, not be fasting, not be on medication, avoid alcohol beforehand, and have no new tattoos or piercings in the past year. Bring official ID. Message us for the patient's details and donation location.
