Help Emanuela and her family fighting the cancer

I  had emergency surgery last August for a rupture colon. The doctors saved my life but they also found out I have cancer. I underwent several rounds of chemo and at first it seems to help. The latest scan unfortunately shows that the tumors that were shrinking, are growing back. I will start new treatments soon and some of them might require traveling outside my area in the next few months.
Please help us with the financial burden of medical care and travel expenses.
