Help Earthlodge Drummers Share Healing Drum Medicine

We are the Earthlodge Center for Transformation in Long Beach and we're raising funds to help send 14 members of our Drum Core to Born to Drum Camp THIS MONTH!

Born to Drum is a fantastic 4-day camp dedicated to empowering women drummers and fostering community. 11 of our Drum Core has the opportunity to attend this year.

Our goal is to raise $2000 to help them attend. Please donate $50, $25 or $10 to help bring more drumming to the Earthlodge.

The Earthlodge’s Drum Medicine extends beyond our beautiful urban forest into the greater Southern California region. We share our drum medicine at community events, elementary schools, cultural celebrations, and social justice gatherings. Thousands have shared in our powerful healing technology and we can’t wait to offer more!

Last year, in 2023, 4 members of the Earthlodge drum core went to Born to Drum, and brought back a spark that has blazed into a drumming inferno through our community.

We've fed this fire all year long, learning and growing our skills right here in our community center.

Learning from an all-female woman faculty of maestra drummers from all over the world, is an extraordinary and rare treat that comes around just once a year.

This year, with your help, the Earthlodge's drummers and the drum core can continue to pass this spark of inspiration throughout our community, and other spaces that prioritize women, nonbinary and QTPOC drummers alike.
