Our dearest Derby has joined our Creator

Happy New Year to everyone! As most of you know, our dear Mama Jean passed away June of this year and my brother Derby has been battling with Cancer (not one, but 2 Cancers of different origins- Glioblastoma Multiforme Stage 4 & Leiomayosarcoma Stage 4 ) for almost 5 years now. My brother, Derby, was confined at the hospital for almost 1 year last year and just got discharged June of this year, few weeks before my mom passed away. For years Derby has been battling Cancer - numerous chemo treatments, hospital visits and tests. He has been a great warrior fighting against the big C. But on the night of Christmas this year my family had to rush him to the emergency room of San Juan De Dios hospital because he started vomiting tons of blood ( which lead him to have blood transfusion), his nail beds were black and blue, his oxygen level dropped so low and no blood pressure could be taken. That night was very scary for all of us as it brought back trauma when our mom passed away when we all had to make some very hard decisions. On Christmas night, my brother had to spend it at the ER and had to be intubated. He was diagnosed with severe infection in the lungs and pulmonary hemorrhage due to pneumonia and was in septic shock. As of today, he is still in the ICU, intubated and fighting for his dear life. He will be spending New Years again in the hospital in an ICU room alone. But he is a fighter and is still fighting to survive for his family - He has a wife, and 2 kids ( 10 yo daughter and 7 yo son). My siblings and I have been continuously exhausting all of our resources to help him financially through out the years, but it's still not enough. Here I am once again knocking on your kind hearts asking for any assistance that you can extend to cover his medical bills and to give Derby a chance to live longer and see his kids grow up. My family and I are in dire need of any assistance you can give and it would be a real blessing and deeply appreciated. We also ask all our prayer warriors to please pray for our dear Derby. Family and Friends, PLEASE let us all try to help Derby at having another chance at life. He wants to live and has been fighting so hard for his life and he cannot do it alone - HE NEEDS ALL OUR HELP. As of today, his medical bills has gone so high and are starting to pile up.
