My name is David. My wife Katie and my son Isaiah need your help. All three of us have significant health problems. Katie has Crohn’s Disease and has had two reconstructive surgeries to repair her core muscles in this last year and her recovery has been extremely difficult. Isaiah is cognitively disabled, has autism and epilepsy and struggles to use words to communicate with us. I have been his primary care giver most of his 12+ years because mom was working. Katie applied for disability after trying to return to work but was denied. She is appealing. They literally didn’t even have her Crohn’s Doctor’s records. We were struggling to pay our bills before Katie’s and Isaiah’s health (and my health) all got worse. I had congenital hyperinsulinism. I am insulin dependent now because doctors removed most of my insulin prodcing pancreas when I was 9 months old. Getting evicted and moving so fast was so physically demanding for me. 13 years of our lives is a lot to pack up and put into storage. We need help paying for the 3 storage units we had to get. They’re $300.00 a month.

We did land in a warm safe spot. We are part of a rehousing program. But we are still in need. We are struggling to make doctor’s appointments and paying for personal items like baby wipes and toilet paper and paper towels and gas money, and we have bills for our cell phones, car payment and car insurance we can’t afford right now. It might be tax season, and we’ll get a return but of course that isn’t fast enough to help with the bills. They all want their money now and we just don’t have it. Our cell phones are already suspended. I have a new number, but Katie doesn’t yet. Please share. Please give. We might have landed but we still need a lot of help with our bills. All 3 of us have a lot of doctor’s appointments. Isaiah is struggling with new symptoms. We’re worried he has Crohn’s Disease like his mom does. We don’t know.

We had a lot of financial help with this GoFundMe and gas might be cheaper, but it still is a need for us. And even the rehousing program is an expense. It’s $350.00 a month. Please help. We’ve had to start over and it’s expensive.
