My name is David Billings, and I am currently defending myself in a civil lawsuit in the Superior Court of Arizona (Case No. CV2025-026022). Because the case is still ongoing, I am limited in what I can publicly discuss, but I can share that I’ve been doing everything I can to navigate this process responsibly, meet the court’s requirements, and stay on top of the deadlines and filings involved. Unfortunately, the financial burden of defending oneself in civil court is extremely heavy, especially for someone without significant resources.
