My Dad Needs Us Right Now

My dad is one of the strongest people I know. He’s the kind of man who shows up—for anyone, anytime. Whether it was a person down on their luck, an animal in need, or a stranger on the street, he never turned his back. And now he’s the one who needs help.

He’s been hit hard. He needs both hip and back surgery—at the same time—and it’s taken everything out of him. He’s been out of work for close to three months, with no savings to fall back on. The medical bills are piling up, and just keeping up with basic living expenses has become a real struggle.

I’ve watched him go from someone always on his feet, helping others, to someone stuck in pain and frustration. It hurts. He’s always been my hero. My best friend. And he’s given so much to this community—he’s loved, respected, and known by so many. Now I’m asking for anyone who can to give a little bit back.
