Help Cover John Wheeler's Final Expenses

After a 5 year long battle with metastatic neuroendocrine cancer, John Wheeler left this world with his son by his side. John fought a long, hard battle with cancer steadily progressing through a vast majority of his body. John underwent endless treatments, ending with a hopeful trial through NIH, which was also unsuccessful. Throughout the entire journey John remained positive, never let the cancer get him down, and often would attempt to “forget” he even had cancer.

While we were under the impression that there was a life insurance policy to pay for the funeral expenses and pay off some of his expenses, we were just made aware that the life insurance policy is only for accidental deaths and basically null and void at this point. We appreciate any support, this is a last resort- we were completely blindsided by this realization.
