Help cover general living expenses for disabled

Hello! Im Nick. And I'm 26 years old.

About seven years ago, I started noticing I had some pain in my lower back. I thought that it was just general soreness from my line of work. The pain kept getting worse, to the point I couldn't move,so I saw my doctor. He did some imaging and said it was probably just a pulled muscle. Fast forward another three months, and the pain was still there. I saw a new doctor, and they diagnosed me with degenerative disk disease and some herniated disks. I went through pain management and did every conservative treatment known to man. Three years after that, I was diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis. This an auto immune liver disease that attacks the bile ducts. It usually only affects people with Crohn's, and I've had that since I was 8. it's rare, and only about 1 in 10,000 people have this. The only time this can maybe be cured is when I get a liver replacement. Everyone who has PSC will need a liver replacement. So, this added chronic stomach pain and itching that can't be stopped. Six months after this diagnosis, I contracted sepsis while in Hawaii from who knows what. And that made all my other issues worse. One year later, at one of my colonoscopies for my Crohn's, they found cancer in my lower colon. That is in remission, but yet again, another thing added to my plate. In January of 2022, I fell and fractured my thoracic spine. I got it fixed in March of 22, but I'm now living with excruciating chronic pain from that. Drs are working and doing everything they can to help, but insurance is starting to block a surgery that could help me reduce my pain. I continue to have ongoing health issues, and they keep adding up. It's been hard to make ends meet with general living expenses for myself and my wife. I've been working on getting on disability, but since I'm so young, it takes years. We need help, and anything anyone can do will be greatly appreciated.
