Help Coty get a kidney

On Sunday January 12th, Cody began having difficulty breathing and decided to go to the ER in Mankato.  After a few hours he was airlifted to Mayo in Rochester, MN for kidney failure and hypertensive crisis. 

In October 2018 Coty was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease IgA nephropathy. A type of kidney disease that occurs when the antibody IgA (immunoglobulin A) builds up in your kidneys. Over time this can cause inflammation, preventing the kidney from being able to filter waste from the blood.

With all the symptoms he has had, it was decided Coty will need a kidney transplant. While at Mayo a catheter was placed in his chest where he will receive dialysis. So for now, 3 times per week he will need to drive 40 minutes to Owatanna to receive dialysis. 

Being a stay at home dad, a father of 3 and volunteer firefighter, takes a lot of energy and a lot of people depend on him. 

We're asking for your help during this difficult time to help ease financial burdens. Ashton and Easton will now need to go back into daycare, another added expense on top of medical bills.
