Dear Prospective Donor:

We at Idemitsu Lubricants America are supporting the Clark County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 181 as they proudly undertake their Fourth Annual Corporal Wayne Nicholson Shop with a Cop Christmas Event. We need your help to continue this great tradition. The Clark County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 181 works on behalf of law enforcement officers and the communities they serve locally. Each year, the FOP hosts under-served youth for a community dinner and holiday shopping spree at a local store. Each child is escorted by a uniformed police officer for the entire event. Last year, the organization hosted forty under-served children for a holiday shopping spree with the Clark County Sheriff’s Officers. For many of the children, this special opportunity becomes the only holiday experience they will have. Participants for this event are selected from local community schools in Borden, New Washington, Henryville, Pleasant Ridge, and Silver Creek Primary School. With a uniformed Sheriff’s Deputy by their side during the shopping spree, each child receives approximately $300.00 to shop for necessities and gifts for themselves. The whole premise is to humanize the people behind the badge so that children can grow up trusting the police. By supporting the Corporal Wayne Nicholson Shop with a Cop Christmas event, you are investing in our community and its most vulnerable citizens, our children. Thank you for your consideration.
