Help Cindy Cover Legal Fees

My name is Cindy. Throughout my life, I have been a decent person who genuinely fell in love with my husband—a man who, sadly, has never truly loved me in return. Besides that, it is undeniable to me that he struggles with mental health issues, and for over seven years, I stood by him because I loved him. Unfortunately, these took a toll on our relationship, but no matter what, I have always been a devoted mother.

Instead of handling things properly, he has chosen to act unfairly, making decisions that have negatively impacted both our son and me. My greatest concern is my son’s well-being. I fully support my son having a relationship with his father, but his father does not want me to be part of his life—despite knowing the loving and devoted mother I have always been. He fails to understand that our personal issues should not affect our son’s relationship with both parents.

My son cries because he wants to be with me, and only God knows how deeply this tears me up inside. I need to be heard in court so a judge can help resolve this situation. I do have an attorney, but I am trying to raise money to cover legal fees for my divorce. I tried everything in my power to end this in a civil manner, even after all the harm he caused me, but dealing with someone like him makes that an impossible thing to achieve.
