Help Cherie Battle Cancer

My sister-in-law, Cherie, is in the middle of her 3rd battle with cancer. Her current fight began just before Thanksgiving 2022 when a small tumor was discovered, but due to delays in getting her treatment started, the tumor has grown to over 8 cm.

Cherie has undergone 6 rounds of the strongest chemotherapy available, and it unfortunately did not have an impact - in fact, her cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and other areas.

This week, Cherie was finally able to get in to see a specialist at the Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and is moving forward with 6 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. Because her type of cancer is quite rare, there aren't a lot of clinical trials available to her, so we are praying this route brings some positive change.

Cherie is not someone who would ever ask for help, but she is the first person who would help someone else. Her heart is so big. I know that medical bills are more than a Go Fund Me could ever touch, but my hope is that this is a way to help with regular bills, with the added gas for trips to Cleveland, groceries, and utilites. Being able to lift just that small amount of worry for Cherie and my sister would mean the world.
