Help Chelsea with transplant expenses

Chelsea Cutler, my granddaughter was diagnosed type1 diabetic in 2005 right before 13th birthday. Starting getting sick all the time in 2010 resulting in hospitalizations 1-2 times a month . 2yrs ago starting losing vision, high blood pressure, diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. Dialysis 3 days a week, 4+hrs each time. She's now been blessed with upcoming double transplant kidney and pancreas at Vanderbilt in Nashville. This will save her life and rid her of diabetes! Due to distance from home will need to stay in Nashville x6 weeks after where we, her family will also need to be. We are asking for help with these expenses, and medical bills, life sustaining meds. No amount is too small, please help Chelsea with her journey to regaining her life!
