HI! Chef Tiffany here! I hope you are in great spirits today! Well, let's get to the main course! Who am I, and what am I asking for money for. Well, I am a culinarian here in Atlanta. Medically retired from the US Army in 2012 after serving 11 years. My purpose in this world is to feed you life. I am looking to open a farm-to-table restaurant in Douglasville, GA. Opening my restaurant is a lifelong dream. My restaurant will be a farm-to-table restaurant with delicious, tasty, life-giving foods. Eco-friendly sustainable, and I will be stimulating my local community by sourcing as much of my ingredients and products locally. The monies will be used to purchase equipment, installation of a restaurant hood and misc costs that will come up. Think of it as a church-building fund. I have found a location, and I am ready to move forward. Some of my accolades are: In 2011, I came in 1st place at Oklahoma State Veteran Entrepreneurship Program after doing an elevator pitch. I won the title of Most Entrepreneurial Spirit. This was only the beginning of my dreams. My dreams came to a halt after I stopped walking in Oct 2011 for 3 months. I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries. ACDF C4-6. ..I came in first place after pitching my business idea at a Military Influencers Conference Oct 2020..thank you so much to everyone who voted to get me in the running.
