My name is Carline Marcelin,

but many of you know me as Hache Chanel on social media. For the past two years, I have been fighting to bring my child back home. During this time, I was falsely accused of domestic violence, and my personal life was heavily exposed and judged on social media. The situation became overwhelming, and I was publicly humiliated and degraded as a human being. I am also a victim of verbal, physical, and sexual abuse. Because of the injunction currently in place, I have been unable to fully speak my truth or share everything I have experienced.

At the time, I did not have a stable address, which caused me to miss important court documents and a court date. Because of this, I automatically lost custody of my daughter. Now, I am once again being summoned to court over allegations of violating a restraining order, claims that are also false. I am asking for help to raise money for a lawyer who can help me fight these accusations and, most importantly, help me bring my child back home where she belongs.
