Help Cari recover from horrible cycling accident

This one of my best friends Cari Jean. She is an avid cyclist, coach, and accomplished Ironman triathlete. She was hit by a suspected drunk driver on her bike commute home yesterday. She has multiple injuries, broken wrist, and fractured pelvis. She was transferred to Harborview Medical Center this morning for surgery on her pelvis and hand. Her recovery will be difficult and she will be unable to work. She is a PTA and uses her hands and stands on her feet for her job. She is single and lives alone and will require assistance for several months. These funds will be used for uninsured expenses. The person who hit her had no insurance. Please help us get Cari cycling and running again and back to the finish line of another Ironman!! Athleticism and healthy living are the physical qualities of her strength that have allowed her to survive yet another horrible bike accident! She doesn't deserve to worry about being unable to pay medical bills or keeping a roof over her head while she recovers.
