Help brother with terminal cancer achieve dreams

My brother (Jolan Tatters-Smith) has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

He turns 25 in July and one of his dreams is to go to America and see a basket ball game or go to Japan. 

I’m aware of these unprecedented times, however, as a family, we are trying to fundraise so he can fulfil his dream, hopefully by his birthday in July.

He’s currently undergoing chemotherapy to pro long his life.

Sadly, we were told he has roughly a year left with us, which makes it all more serious for us all during these lockdown times. 
I’m aware there are many people out there who have been given the terminal cancer diagnosis and have no idea whether they will make it out of this lock down to fulfil there dreams.
We, as a family, want to do everything in our power to allow Jolan’s dreams to be possible, as we are unsure the time we have left with him. So anything anyone can give to allow him to fulfil his dreams would be amazing for us. 

As his sister, I want to do everything I can, so he can enjoy everyday and fulfil all his dreams.
