Plant Man - A Swinburne comedy short film
We are a group of Swinburne students currently working on our short comedy film 'Plant Man'. What is Plant Man? Glad you asked!
Plant-Man is a half plant - half human hybrid that provides good luck to all that request it, whether it be for acing exams or nailing job interviews. Coworkers at the peaceful Suffolk Nursery, Jesse and Marley, have found financial success in profiting off of Plant-Man’s unique talent, and have also managed to keep their boss Gordon unbeknownst to their scheme. However, trouble brews when Gordon grows ever more suspicious as to why nursery attendance is high but profits are stagnant. Leading to an eventual unravelling of Jesse and Marley's schemes.
Because we are full-time film students, money is tight and unfortunately we can't fund everything needed for this production ourselves.
