Help Bring Milo to the UW
Hello, everyone! My name is Jessie Gamble and I'm the President of the University of Washington College Republicans and we have exciting things planned for next year, the crown jewel being a stop on Milo's Dangerous Faggot Tour. However, to make this happen, we need your help.
The UWCRs have been working with our advisors, UWPD, UW Events, and every possible entity to make sure that our 'Make UW Fabulous Again' event goes smoothly and brings the necessary contrasting voice to the PNW we know it needs. However, our estimates were much lower than what the final cost of this event amounted to. Because of this, we are asking the community for help and to reach this goal by January 9th.
We will no longer be charging nonstudents admission fees after crowd funding, so all nonstudents whether they donate or not will get in for free! Any donation will be greatly appreciated and we cannot thank you enough for your monetary support, if only just a dollar. Any unused funds will go to extra fees if need be and the rest will be saved by the UWCRs for future events.
Should anyone donate quite a bit, we will offer special VIP seating with the opportunity to meet Milo (upon early arrival) from donors who give $250 or more (your donor name must match what is on ID; one VIP spot available per donor).
Furthermore, the UWCRs would like to thank donors and supporters of our event. It has been a rough few months with smear campaigns and general disparaging comments, but we persevere because of your support. Thank you for your help to Make Free Speech Cheap Again!
